We are the leading practice of Professional Chartered Secretaries in the Isle of Man. We are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators to act as Chartered Secretaries in public practice and licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission to provide Corporate and Trustee Services. We are based in Douglas, Isle of Man. As well as providing Company secretarial and administrative services to institutional clients such as listed companies and investment funds, we also provide a full range of fiduciary services to entrepreneurs and private clients. The Isle of Man has a thriving diverse economy. Our competitive tax regime is a major asset, but it is by no means our only one. We also enjoy the highest quality of life in the British Isles (Mori 2002), virtually full employment (typically less than 1.5%) and some of the most spectacular landscape in Britain.
