Middleton Katz Chartered Secretaries LLC are the leading practice of Professional Chartered Secretaries in the Isle of Man.

We incorporate and manage offshore companies and trusts, in the Isle of Man and elsewhere and are able to provide all of the traditional services of a Corporate Service Provider (CSP), and are able to supplement this with additional services that are usually the preserve of the larger institutional CSPs.

We are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators to act as Chartered Secretaries in public practice and licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission to provide Corporate and Trustee Services. We are based in Douglas, Isle of Man.

As well as providing Company secretarial and administrative services to institutional clients such as listed companies and investment funds, we also provide a full range of fiduciary services to entrepreneurs and private clients.
