Middleton Katz Chartered Secretaries LLC (‘MKCS’) is subject to supervisory overview and regulation by;

(i) The Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission. (‘FSC’). The FSC is the Statutory Board of the Isle of Man Government which is responsible for the licensing and Supervision of licence holders. Any business engaged in the provision of corporate and / or trust services in or from the Isle of Man is required to be licensed. MKCS is licensed as a corporate and trust service provider. A list of current licence holders is available on the FSC website.

(ii)The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) permit the members of Middleton Katz Chartered Secretaries LLC to act as Chartered Secretaries in Public Practice. This means that we are bound by the ICSA strict Code of Ethics and Conduct and are subject to rigorous complaints and disciplinary procedures and additionally must hold professional indemnity insurance.
