It is based in the general registries building in Deemster’s Walk in the financial district of Douglas, which, conveniently enough is short walk from offices in Hope Street.

The chief Companies’ Registrar is currently John Wilkinson – who is ably assisted by a knowledgeable and helpful staff. They don’t provide legal advice but if you have a technical query about filing requirements then you will find that they will go out of their way to assist you if they possibly can.
You can telephone the Registry on +44 1624 689389 during the usual office hours or call in and visit them in person. Alternatively, if you have any questions about setting up an Isle of Man company or associated filing requirements please feel free to contact ourselves by telephone or email (telephone 01624 648500 or email email@example.com).
